Lovely paddle along the coast to Aberdovey and then a little further up the coast as well before heading back. Some mad chop where the tides were meeting thanks to the fact that it was a large Spring tide in full flow, but elsewhere it was glassy smooth.

Lots of large barrel jellies at Ynyslas out by the 8 knot buoys and a Coast Guard Helicopter overhead.
